Hi guys here are some goodies I came across musing on the internet, its been a crazy week to say the least. My trip too Los Angeles got cut short due to some news that I received from SCAD about my credits and graduating so I'll be sharing some new artwork and prelim work that has to do with that soon. I didn't get to do much in LA however I did get to meet with Android Homme which was a huge treat for me. I always love watching the Oscars my two biggest reasons are that the fashionista and computer animator/visual artist and techie get a HUGE kick out of it every year! I loved all the pale spring like colors of the gowns that I saw but my absolute favorite gown was Zoe Saldana's Givenchy couture gown.

I've heard all of the criticism but I don't care what anybody says i LOVED this dress. Everything about it made me giddy!! I thought the color, the sparkle, and the sculptural elements were beautiful and I loved the fact that Zoe took a chance.

Harlem Renaissance

The Harlem Renaissance has got to be one of my all time favorite periods in fashion, music, and art. Today I was inspired to conjure up a Harlem Nights/Renaissance look of my own for my grandfather's funeral as a nod to his and my grandmother's memory. Its been a hard week but the family is truly blessed to be able to celebrate such a great man.

I decided to start my spring cleaning/gathering clothing to donate early this year...it feels so much better to have everything organized and separated by color. Now the real test is seeing how long i can keep this up!? :o)

Valentine's Day
