I decided to start my spring cleaning/gathering clothing to donate early this year...it feels so much better to have everything organized and separated by color. Now the real test is seeing how long i can keep this up!? :o)

Valentine's Day

here are some snapshots of our Valentine's day meal, it was a wonderful dinner with some great ladies. After our dinner we watched "Couple's Retreat" which is pretty funny, I highly recommend it ;)

Appetizer
~mixed green salad with walnuts and raspberry vinaigrette


Entree'
~Herb crusted rack of lamb
~tomatoe basil orzo
~french cut green beans

Dessert
~Vanilla Poached Pear with chocolate sauce and ice cream
(the pic i found doesn't have chocolate sauce but i like the presentation)
